Terms of Service

Last updated: September 21, 2026

These terms apply when you use Toston pr. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

What Toston pr is

Toston pr is a place for people in Puerto Rico to offer and find services. We connect people; we are not a party to the agreements they make. We don't employ the people who offer services, and we don't guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or timing of any work, or that anyone will pay or perform as promised.

Before hiring someone, use your own judgment: ask questions, check reviews, and confirm any license or insurance the job requires.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give accurate information, and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone.

Verification

A verified badge means we reviewed a selfie submitted by that member. It is not a background check, and it doesn't confirm licenses, insurance, skills, or trustworthiness.

What you post

You own what you post. By posting it, you give us permission to store, display, and translate it on the site so the marketplace can work. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to post it and that it's accurate.

What's not allowed

• Illegal services or goods, or anything that requires a license you don't have.
• Scams, false or misleading posts, and fake or paid-for reviews.
• Harassment, threats, hate, or sexual content.
• Sharing someone else's personal information without their permission.
• Spam, or using the site to advertise unrelated businesses.
• Collecting other members' information, or accessing the site with bots or scrapers.
• Trying to break, overload, or get around the site's security.

Reports and moderation

Report anything that breaks these rules using the report links on the site. We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts, when we believe the rules have been broken or to protect members.

Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on a real experience. We may remove reviews that break these terms, but we don't edit them to change their meaning.

Translations

Translations are produced automatically and may contain mistakes. The original text is always shown and is what counts.

Fees

Toston pr is currently free to use. If that changes, we'll tell you before any charge applies. Payments between members are arranged between them, not through us.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that information posted by members is correct.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Toston pr is not liable for disputes between members, for work done or not done, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for significant changes let members know on the site or by email. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law.
